Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NoBreiniers, the Mac app by OsirisBrain, and of Breini Link, its phone app. By installing or using NoBreiniers you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
Access
OsirisBrain decides who gets access to NoBreiniers and may change or withdraw that access. When purchase opens, the plans, their prices and their payment terms are shown before you pay. The app changes often and may have bugs.
License
OsirisBrain grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use NoBreiniers on your Macs while you have access. You may not sell, rent, redistribute or sublicense the app, share your access with others without our permission, or decompile or reverse engineer it, except as far as the law allows. OsirisBrain keeps all rights to the app, its brand and its design.
Your providers and your accounts
NoBreiniers uses the AI model providers and the apps you set up, with your own accounts, keys and endpoints. Your relationship with each provider is governed by its terms, and you pay whatever it charges for its use directly to that provider. You are responsible for following those terms and for keeping your accounts and keys secure.
What your agents do
Breini and your agents act on your behalf with the permissions you give them: read-only, project write with approvals, or full access. You are responsible for the actions you approve or allow, including those they take in your code, in your connected apps, on the websites they visit and in your files. AI models can make mistakes: review their work before you rely on it, especially when it involves money, important data, your production code or messages to other people.
Acceptable use
Don’t use NoBreiniers for illegal activities, to harm people or systems, to access accounts or services without permission, to send spam, or to break the terms of the services you connect or of the websites your agents visit.
Your content
Your conversations, code, files and data are yours. OsirisBrain doesn’t receive them or claim any rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the content your agents work with.
Third-party services
The model providers, the apps you connect and the websites your agents use are third-party services. OsirisBrain doesn’t control them and isn’t responsible for them or for their availability. Their marks belong to their owners.
No warranty
NoBreiniers is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working well, but we don’t guarantee that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep copies of your important files and use version control for your code.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OsirisBrain is not liable for indirect damages, for loss of data, revenue or business, or for what your agents do with the permissions you gave them. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you that can’t be excluded.
Ending access
You can stop using NoBreiniers at any time and delete your profile. OsirisBrain may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using NoBreiniers afterwards, you accept the new version.
