Privacy Policy

NoBreiniers · Updated October 3, 2026

This policy explains what data NoBreiniers, the Mac app by OsirisBrain (formerly called Breini and OsirisBrain Dev OS), uses, where it is stored and who it is shared with. It also covers Breini Link, the app for iPhone and Android that talks to your Mac. In it, “NoBreiniers” or “the app” means the Mac app, and “OsirisBrain”, “we” or “us” means its publisher.

  • The app runs on your Mac, and your profile is encrypted.
  • Your keys, passwords and app sign-ins are stored encrypted in your profile.
  • OsirisBrain has no server that receives your conversations, your files or data from the apps you connect.
  • What an agent works on is sent only to the AI model provider you chose, and only to do what you asked.
  • Phone alerts go through our alert service with a short text, without the content of your conversations.
  • We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we are

NoBreiniers is a Mac app published by OsirisBrain. For any question about this policy or your data, email soporte@osirisbrain.com.

Data that stays on your Mac

NoBreiniers keeps what it needs to work on your Mac, inside your profile, which is encrypted:

  • your conversations with Breini and your agents (the Nobreiniers), and each one’s memory and skills;
  • your organization: departments, mandates, tasks, goals, routines and the clients in your CRM;
  • the settings of your AI model providers and their keys;
  • the sign-ins and keys of the apps you connect;
  • OsirisBrowser’s browser profiles, the recipes it learns and your site keys.

Agents work with the files in the folders you open in the app, within the permission you give them. If you give an agent its own virtual computer, it runs on your Mac. None of this is sent to OsirisBrain.

AI model providers

NoBreiniers works with the AI model provider you set up, such as DeepSeek, Kimi (Moonshot), GLM (Zhipu), Qwen, MiniMax, OpenAI or Anthropic, with your own key and endpoint, or with your plan where the provider lets you sign in with it. To do what you ask, the app sends that provider what the task needs: your messages and instructions, and the content the agent reads to complete it, such as files, web pages or data from your connected apps.

That data goes straight from your Mac to the provider; OsirisBrain receives no copy. The provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy, which you accept when you create your key or account. Check them to see whether it keeps the data it receives and how it uses it.

Connected apps

In Connectors (Conectores) you can connect apps such as Notion, Linear, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Stripe or Airtable, for the whole company or for a single agent. Each app connects through its vendor’s official MCP server, with your sign-in or with a key you provide. Agents can also ask you to connect an app when a task needs it; what only you can give, a sign-in or a key, they ask you for in the app.

Agents use each app only to do what you ask, within the permissions you granted when you connected it. The data goes straight between your Mac and that app’s service, which handles it under its own terms. Some services work in their own cloud (for example, a connector that runs code for you): what you send them is governed by their terms. Your sign-ins and keys are stored encrypted in your profile, and agents never see them.

Google user data

This section explains how NoBreiniers accesses data in your Google Account, and how it uses, stores, shares and deletes it, when you connect Google apps in Connectors. On Google’s screen, the app appears as “Breini”.

What data it uses

NoBreiniers accesses your Google data only if you connect a Google app, and only with the permissions you approve on Google’s screen. One Google sign-in serves every Google app: on Google’s screen you see and approve the permissions the app asks for, and agents use only the Google apps you connect. Depending on the permissions you approve, NoBreiniers can access:

  • Gmail: your messages, drafts and labels, to read and search email, prepare drafts and organize labels.
  • Google Drive: your files, to search and read them, and to create or copy files.
  • Google Calendar: your calendars, events and availability, to check your schedule, create, change and respond to events, and find free time.
  • Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides: your documents, spreadsheets and presentations, to read and edit them.
  • Google Chat: your spaces, their members and their messages, to read them, send messages on your behalf when you ask, and mark messages as read.
  • Google Contacts: your contacts, your organization’s directory if you use Google Workspace, and your basic profile information, such as your name and photo, to look people up.

How it uses it

NoBreiniers uses your Google data only to do what you ask Breini and your agents to do, such as finding an email, preparing a draft or creating an event. An agent accesses it when a task of yours needs it. NoBreiniers doesn’t use your Google data for advertising, doesn’t build profiles with it and doesn’t use it for any other purpose.

How it is stored

OsirisBrain has no servers that receive your Google data: the app connects to Google directly from your Mac. Google access tokens (OAuth) are stored encrypted in your profile, on your Mac. What an agent reads from Google for a task can remain in that conversation’s history and in the agent’s memory, always inside your encrypted profile. No one at OsirisBrain can see your Google data.

Who it is shared with

To fulfil your request, NoBreiniers sends the part of your Google data that the task needs to the AI model provider you set up, and to no one else. That provider processes it to generate the response, under its own terms.

We don’t sell your Google data. We don’t transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers, and we don’t use it for advertising or to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Limited Use

NoBreiniers' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NoBreiniers does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

How to remove access and delete your data

  • Disconnect the app: in Connectors, Disconnect (“Desconectar”) makes your agents stop using that app. The sign-in stays saved, encrypted in your profile, so you can reconnect it with one click.
  • Revoke access: remove the app’s access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. From then on, the saved sign-in no longer works.
  • Delete your profile: deleting your NoBreiniers profile deletes everything in it from your Mac: your sign-ins and keys, your conversations and your agents’ memory, including any Google data in them.

OsirisBrain keeps no copies of your Google data, so there is nothing to delete on our side. What was sent to your AI model provider is governed by its policy: ask that provider to delete it if you need to.

OsirisBrowser

OsirisBrowser is the browser built into the app. Each agent has its own browser profile, with its cookies and sessions, stored in your profile. The sites an agent visits receive what they receive from any browser, such as your IP address. The recipes OsirisBrowser learns are stored in your profile, and your site keys are stored encrypted: agents type them without seeing them.

Breini Link, on your phone (iPhone and Android)

  • The phone app talks only to your Mac, through your own Tailscale network. Every message is signed with a key created on your phone (the iPhone’s Secure Enclave or Android’s secure keystore), and that key never leaves the phone.
  • What you type or dictate reaches your Mac and stays in your Breini Link session. It does not go through our servers, and nothing is stored on them.
  • Dictation turns your voice into text on the phone itself when the phone supports it. Otherwise the system’s speech recognition (Apple or Google) does it, under their terms.
  • The camera only reads the QR code that pairs the phone with your Mac.
  • If you turn on alerts for when the app is closed, the phone gives its push identifier to our alert service, which seals it and returns it without keeping it. When Breini needs your permission, asks you something or replies, your Mac asks that service for a short alert: who is asking, their company and «Te pide permiso:» (asks for permission) with the tool’s name, «Te pregunta algo» (asks you something) or «Te respondió» (replied), without the conversation’s content. The alert arrives through Apple’s push service.
  • No analytics, ads or tracking. You can unpair the phone at any time, from the app or from the Mac.

This website

nobreiniers.com uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party scripts on its information pages. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it in its local storage, without sending it anywhere. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages. If you buy NoBreiniers or sign in to your account, those pages explain what they need to do it.

Security

Your profile is encrypted, and your keys, passwords and sign-ins are stored encrypted inside it. Protect your Mac and your profile’s password: they are the key to everything it holds.

Your choices

Because your data is on your Mac, you control it: you choose which model provider you use, which apps you connect and with which permissions, and you can disconnect apps, revoke access and delete your profile at any time. For data held by a model provider or a connected app, contact that provider.

Children

NoBreiniers is not directed to children under 13, and OsirisBrain does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its date. If a change affects how NoBreiniers uses your Google data, we will tell you and ask for your consent before it applies.
